Rather than charging separately for Physiotherapy, Sports Massage and Pilates/Gym training, I will apply and utilise my training and skills in each of these disciplines to support you with whichever treatment methods and advice will facilitate the best recovery and progression for you.

Important Information

Prior to starting this class participants are booked for a 30-minute Pre Assessment with me to go through medical history, any injuries, teach you the key principles of pilates, and establish goals for your training with me. (Cost of assessment is £20)
